GrowRay’s LED grow lights are designed to enhance cannabis greenhouse applications by increasing yield, improving root structure, producing healthier plants, and reducing time to harvest. Our supplemental lighting solutions offer:

GrowRay’s Adaptive Controllers optimize lighting throughout a greenhouse. Each luminaire includes a sensor, acting as a dedicated “light meter” for plants. If a section of the greenhouse is shaded, the grow lights automatically adjust to provide the ideal light level, while lights in sunnier areas dim or turn off to save energy. This ensures every plant receives the correct Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) at all times.
The Adaptive Controller adjusts light intensity based on available sunlight, turning off when full sunlight is present and providing supplemental light as needed, from minimal output for passing clouds to full power on rainy or short winter days. The system is preset to add supplemental light when sunlight falls below 900 PAR, ensuring optimal growing conditions.
A customer testimonial from 2017-2018 across four cycles and six strains reported that GrowRay’s supplemental lights increased dry weight per square foot by 10% to 30%, enhanced trichome production, and reduced the bloom cycle by up to 7 days, leading to higher annual output per square foot.

GrowRay’s Adaptive Controller ensures optimum light levels throughout the entire crop cycle while minimizing energy use. Using the only analogue light controller on the market, GrowRay’s patented sensor monitors sunlight in real time and adjusts light output to provide ideal light for every plant at all times.

Many greenhouse growers choose to not use supplemental lighting, even though it can extend the growing season and provide additional harvests. Why? In greenhouse environments, supplemental lights often block a significant percentage of sunlight, requiring them to be turned on more frequently to offset the shadows they create, which increases electric bills and labor for managing light schedules, or leads to poor plant growth if mismanaged.
GrowRay’s patent-pending luminaires minimize the loss of available sunlight. At only 8% shading, GrowRay offers the smallest shadow of any light on the market. Unlike competing lights with large, non-streamlined shapes that cast significant shadows, GrowRay’s unique design passively reflects sunlight to the canopy below, allowing plants to receive maximum available daylight in nearly every greenhouse environment throughout the day.
